In­cred­i­bly per­son­alised menu by Chef Ja­son Tan. Ev­ery de­tail of the meal is very well thought out and it makes cus­tomers feel like their ex­pe­ri­ence is of ut­most im­por­tance.

TATLER TIPS

Trust the chef and go with the dis­cov­ery menu – you will not be dis­ap­pointed.

The oys­ter omelette is fra­grant and fresh, and this is topped with co­rian­der and caviar to give this “hawker” dish a lux­ury makeover.

Cooked to per­fec­tion is his re-imag­i­na­tion of beef noo­dles - the waygu beef with pasta, light broth and sesame.

The lob­ster bisque is very creamy, but it’s not too thick and heavy on the palate.

For desserts, the a knock­out.
