The wine menu in­cludes a small se­lec­tion of sin­gle malts, which make for ex­cel­lent pair­ings with In­dian food, as do the chilled dessert wines.

Spiced gobhi soup, a true com­fort food, is an el­e­vated version of the sim­ple cau­li­flower soup.

The lamb chop is ex­quis­ite— suc­cu­lent, ten­der and beau­ti­fully mar­i­nated, with­out a gamey tang.

The sa­markand prawns in a tangy, spicy mari­nade have a firm bite, which con­trasts with the creamy crab­meat stuff­ing.
