As the Sin­ga­pore base for the Sydney- based chef, the restau­rant of­fers the same strict stan­dards when it comes to the stan­dards of ser­vice and qual­ity of the fare.


Only two seat­ings are avail­able ev­ery evening (5.30 pm and 8 pm), so reser­va­tions are a must. How­ever, walk-in guests are wel­come to visit the bar.

The restau­rant of­fers a ba­sic 10-course dé­gus­ta­tion menu for all din­ers, with dishes com­pris­ing the chef’s sig­na­ture creations as well as cour­ses based on the fresh­est pro­duce avail­able for the day and sea­son.

A def­i­nite high­light at the start of the meal is the mar­i­nated botan shrimp with sea urchin and osci­etra caviar.
