This is the fourth branch of Wild­flour, the café/bak­ery that has sin­gle-hand­edly changed the face of brunch in Manila. Since its open­ing in 2012, it has be­come a favourite spot for both the busi­ness and ex­pat set for its con­sis­tently great com­fort food.

TATLER TIPS

Brunch, es­pe­cially on the week­ends, is al­ways packed. Reser­va­tions are a must if you would like to have a par­tic­u­lar ta­ble.

Break­fast favourites in­clude the healthy choices like home-made gra­nola with greek yo­ghurt; and ma­jor items like Ki­tayama rib-eye steak; and eggs paired with kim­chi fried rice. This menu runs un­til three in the af­ter­noon.

As a pop cul­ture phe­nom­e­non, the cronut first made its way to lo­cal shores by way of Wild­flour– and is still con­sid­ered a sta­ple or­der for those with a predilec­tion for sweets.
