Wildflour Café + Bakery
This is the fourth branch of Wildflour, the café/bakery that has single-handedly changed the face of brunch in Manila. Since its opening in 2012, it has become a favourite spot for both the business and expat set for its consistently great comfort food.
Brunch, especially on the weekends, is always packed. Reservations are a must if you would like to have a particular table.
Breakfast favourites include the healthy choices like home-made granola with greek yoghurt; and major items like Kitayama rib-eye steak; and eggs paired with kimchi fried rice. This menu runs until three in the afternoon.
As a pop culture phenomenon, the cronut first made its way to local shores by way of Wildflour– and is still considered a staple order for those with a predilection for sweets.
