It’s one of Beijing’s most spe­cial restau­rants that is housed in re­fur­bished old fac­to­ries. With an area of over 6,000 sqm, it has been con­verted to restau­rants, bars and an art gallery.


A cham­pagne bar is the first thing you will see at the en­trance. Step in­side and you will find the el­e­gantly-dec­o­rated din­ing room on the right side.

Duck de Chine pairs roast duck with cham­pagne. This con­cept mar­ries tra­di­tional and Euro­pean el­e­ments to sat­isfy all dis­cern­ing palates.

The tra­di­tional Pek­ing duck tastes more del­i­cate. The chefs roast the meat for 65 min­utes us­ing a spe­cial 40-year-old ju­jube wood. In­stead of the com­mon sweet bean sauce, they also use a unique Hong Kong style seafood sauce flavoured with a va­ri­ety of spices.
