WHY GO

It’s one of Beijing’s most special restaurants that is housed in refurbished old factories. With an area of over 6,000 sqm, it has been converted to restaurants, bars and an art gallery.

TATLER TIPS

A champagne bar is the first thing you will see at the entrance. Step inside and you will find the elegantly-decorated dining room on the right side.

Duck de Chine pairs roast duck with champagne. This concept marries traditional and European elements to satisfy all discerning palates.

The traditional Peking duck tastes more delicate. The chefs roast the meat for 65 minutes using a special 40-year-old jujube wood. Instead of the common sweet bean sauce, they also use a unique Hong Kong style seafood sauce flavoured with a variety of spices.
