The restau­rant, lo­cated at the cor­ner of Amara Sin­ga­pore ho­tel, near Chi­na­town, at­tracts over­seas visi­tors to its premises. In­dulging in French fare here amongst tourists creates a Euro­pean style at­mos­phere.


Sev­eral items on the menu in­di­cate they are best en­joyed shared by two, or three to four din­ers. Start with the Al­sa­tian tartes flam­bees and a choice of top­pings; the thin, crisp, freshly baked dough is very mor­eish. For a cold starter, el­e­gant thin slices of vel­vety pink salmon are smoked in-house and ac­cented by de­li­ciously thick sour cream and shal­lots. Good for shar­ing, con­sider the whole New Zealand fish, roasted or with a crust of salt, in bouil­l­abaisse broth, or dor­per lamb shoul­der cooked in a crust of salt.
