One of the hippest places to dine at, BoCHINche offers a gutsy, meaty meal that will knock it out of the park for carnivores.
Sit indoors by the counter to soak in the bustling, cheery vibes of the diners. The outdoor tables are quieter, but is a little less atmospheric. This eatery is known for the provoleta, an Argentinian variant of provolone cheese served grilled, topped with almonds and oregano honey. Veal sweetbreads, served with piquillo peppers and garrapinada (a candied crunch topping), are cooked well. One of the favourites is the Iberico pork chops, served with honey and mustard glazed, and cooked apples on the side. The asado, flank steak sourced from Estancia El Perdido in Buenos Aires, has a good bite.
