Sig­na­ture meats are skill­fully roasted that they re­tain their soft and juicy tex­ture. On the salad bar, the fei­joada or black beans stew is a hearty dish which blends the spicy and salty flavours. The crème de pa­paya is rich but the fruit gives it a more fruity flavour. The co­conut man­gar has a heavy co­conut flavour, but the caramelised sugar and fruits pre­vent it from hav­ing a mo­not­o­nous taste.
