Arrive a few minutes before your booking to sit by the waterfront (right outside the restaurant’s open-air terrace) and enjoy the gentle sea breeze and view. Start with the heritage bites, a mixed platter of braised pork belly buns, kueh pie tee and grilled satay. A palate pleaser is the uni glass noodle where chilled thick noodles, sea urchin, salted egg and salmon roe are tossed in a zesty lime truffle sauce. The Pier lobster roll comprises two brioche buns filled with succulent lobster and coated with light mayo.
