In ad­di­tion to the steaks, din­ers rave about their dou­ble thick Iberico pork chop, Maine lob­ster and other seafoods. The 21-day USDA prime rib­eye steak at 395g is a per­fect bal­ance of flavour and ten­der­ness. For larger ap­petites, the 35-day Aus­tralian an­gus bone-in rib­eye steak at 570g will do nicely. If you can’t de­cide what to or­der, they of­fer a plat­ter of three meats. If you pre­fer other meats, try the Colorado lamb chops with mint raita or the pan-roasted Maine lob­ster with black truf­fle sabayon.
