An ex­ten­sive wine se­lec­tion, sold by glass or by bot­tle, is the per­fect com­ple­ment to the sump­tu­ous din­ner. Wine bot­tles are stored us­ing the Co­ravin sys­tem. The sig­na­ture seafood plat­ter, which con­sists of freshly shucked French and Amer­i­can oys­ters, Alaskan king crab, mus­sels, Maine lob­ster and large steamed prawns, is a de­light to any seafood lover. The herb- roasted or­ganic chicken, is also highly rec­om­mended. A serv­ing is good for two, and the French fries on the side give the dish an added crunch. End the meal on a high note with the baked Alaska.
