Go for au­then­tic Ital­ian din­ing with an amaz­ing view of Ma­rina Bay Sands and the Sin­ga­pore sky­line.


The tast­ing set is quite a mis­nomer as the por­tions are rea­son­able and fill­ing. The lob­ster tar­tar with cau­li­flower tomato salad con­sists of fresh lob­ster and veg­eta­bles; it’s topped with sherry vine­gar dress­ing for a flavour­some com­bi­na­tion. The spaghetti gam­bero rosso e bot­targa has red prawns tossed with fava beans and light chilli oil emul­sion. Try the filetto di manzo - an­gus beef ten­der­loin done in a red wine re­duc­tion that re­sults in a sim­ple and tasty dish. End the meal with the te nero e ciliegia, an earl grey ivory chocolate mousse ac­com­pa­nied with a tart cherry morello sor­bet that is ab­so­lutely divine to taste.
