Domvs is con­sid­ered as the grande dame of Ital­ian fine din­ing in Sin­ga­pore, and proves its chops with a finely-cu­rated se­lec­tion of Mediter­ranean dishes.


The restau­rant is qui­eter on the week­ends—if you want am­bi­ence and buzz, opt for a week­day meal. The lamb chop is very well made, de­li­ciously flavoured with a cof­fee sauce; the caf­feine un­der­tone is very sub­tle and can barely be tasted. For dessert, the panna cotta has berry-flavoured coulis and melt-in-the-mouth tex­ture of the mousse. The grilled squid in ex­tra vir­gin oil with semi-dried tomato comes with a side of arugula salad. The squid is chewy and well-sea­soned by the chef.
