Lo­cated at the scenic Sen­tosa Cove, along the re­laxed stretch of Quay­side Isle, the Earl of Hindh restau­rant of­fers a fine din­ing ex­pe­ri­ence by the wa­ter.


Do note that the restau­rant is closed on Mon­days. Best to make your reser­va­tions a few days prior. The shahi chaap is a tasty dish of lamb chops mar­i­nated in masala vine­gar then cooked on a grid­dle. The dariyai tikka has de­li­cious medal­lions of fresh salmon mar­i­nated in a tart mix of yo­ghurt, lemon juice, fen­nel, honey, a touch of mus­tard oil, ex­otic ke­bab masala and char­grilled in the tan­door. Do also try the ex­cel­lent tan­doori naan, soft In­dian bread made with re­fined flour, with the op­tion of hav­ing it with gar­lic, but­ter or plain.
