Earl Of Hindh
Located at the scenic Sentosa Cove, along the relaxed stretch of Quayside Isle, the Earl of Hindh restaurant offers a fine dining experience by the water.
Do note that the restaurant is closed on Mondays. Best to make your reservations a few days prior. The shahi chaap is a tasty dish of lamb chops marinated in masala vinegar then cooked on a griddle. The dariyai tikka has delicious medallions of fresh salmon marinated in a tart mix of yoghurt, lemon juice, fennel, honey, a touch of mustard oil, exotic kebab masala and chargrilled in the tandoor. Do also try the excellent tandoori naan, soft Indian bread made with refined flour, with the option of having it with garlic, butter or plain.
