Take your time. The Edge is one of Sin­ga­pore’s long­est buf­fets, and you’ll know why when you visit each of the seven live kitchen sta­tions at the restau­rant. You'll be hard pressed not to try ev­ery­thing. The ohmi wagyu beef is sim­ply sublime as it is cut to per­fec­tion and grilled to your pref­er­ence. The seafood ravi­oli is ex­pertly crafted, it has the right amount of sauce not to drown out the sweet­ness of the lob­ster. The suck­ling pig is a stand out dish as well, with its crispy skin roasted to a golden brown.
