Chi­nese food with a mod­ern twist, For­est is an in­ter­est­ing mix of fa­mil­iar dishes served with flair.


Go right be­fore sun­set and ask for a ta­ble by the win­dows. The nat­u­ral light com­ple­mented by the wood interiors make you feel like you’re din­ing in a for­est. The deep-fried New Zealand wagyu beef with squid ink crack­ers is ten­der and juicy, and makes for an un­for­get­table dish when sea­soned with cumin. An­other stel­lar main is the wagyu beef with foie gras. It's per­fectly grilled and lightly sea­soned to heighten the meat’s full flavour. The Bos­ton lob­ster is a unique com­bi­na­tion of tastes, and the suc­cu­lent lob­ster is del­i­cately flavoured with co­rian­der in a spicy sauce.
