The wok-fried hor fun with seafood, which has noodles of ‘wok hei’, is filled with fresh prawns and fish slices. The pan-fried minced meat is fresh, well-seasoned and firm; and the salted fish and shredded ginger add depth in flavour. Sautéed romaine lettuce are cooked till crisp tender with a slight char, and slicked in the luscious shrimp sauce.
