Ask for the main wine list to sali­vate over the im­pres­sive se­lec­tion of tro­phy wines. The pasta with pan-seared Bos­ton lob­ster is made with fresh home-made pas­tas, and this makes all the dif­fer­ence. The tagli­olini is ro­bust and dis­tinctly homely. Risotto with bone mar­row and saf­fron fi­bres won­der­fully creamy with­out be­ing too cheesy. For the grilled lamb chops and slow-cooked lamb shank, the lamb chops are served well-done and chewy. The pan- seared Hokkaido scal­lops is served with crab­meat done two-ways.
