Ask for rec­om­men­da­tions from the friendly servers, as you may find it dif­fi­cult to choose from over 50 dishes on the menu. The crispy wild mush­rooms with veg-ice fi­coide ice salad scores with its va­ri­ety of tex­tures and whole­some flavours. An­other rec­om­men­da­tion is the braised spinach soup with bam­boo fun­gus, where spinach is blended and braised in a bam­boo con­trap­tion with enoki mush­rooms. With ro­bust flavours, the black truf­fles and or­ganic sweet corn bisque with smoked bean­curd is a good op­tion. The chilled mango cream with pomelo, diced mango and sago has the right amount of sweet­ness.
