Bas­mati Rice With Seafood And Cheese SERVES 4 2 cups bas­mati rice, rinse and soak for 5 mins ¾ cup ready­made tomato sauce 1 cup chicken stock ¼ cup onion, chopped ¼ cup green cap­sicum chilli, diced small 100 g prawns, shelled, poached 2 tb­sps co­rian­der, chopped 1½ cups ched­dar cheese 1 le­mon, cut into small wedges 3 tb­sps oil Pinch of salt, to taste SEA­SON­ING 1 METHOD Add oil, onion and green cap­sicum into the Philips In­duc­tion Heat­ing Rice Cooker HD3175/62.


Se­lect “Rapid cook” func­tion on the menu and cook for 5 mins.


Open the lid and add rice, chicken stock and tomato sauce. Stir the mix­ture and close the lid. 4

When the count­down timer reaches the last 5 mins, add in prawns, cheese and co­rian­der.


Close the lid un­til time set­ting is com­plete.


Serve with le­mon wedges on the side.
