GREEN SU­PER JUICE

PREP 5 mins SERVES 2 1 (130 g) Le­banese cu­cum­ber, coarsely chopped 2 sticks (300 g) cel­ery, trimmed, coarsely

chopped 2 medium (40 g) kale leaves, trimmed 30 g baby spinach leaves 1 small (180 g) ripe pear, quar­tered, cored 1 small (180 g) green ap­ple, quar­tered, cored ½ ki­wifruit (30 g), peeled ¼ le­mon (35 g), peeled 1 sprig fresh mint ⅔ cup (180 ml) co­conut wa­ter ⅔ cup ice cubes 1. Blend the in­gre­di­ents in a Philips Blender HR3658/01 for 1 min or un­til smooth. If nec­es­sary, stop the blender and push the in­gre­di­ents down be­fore blend­ing again. 2. Serve im­me­di­ately or keep chilled in fridge in a glass jar. Con­sume juice within the day it’s blended.
