IV. Wine List Awards

To recognise the establishments who strive to promote wine culture and raise the bar in food and wine offerings, Wine & Dine magazine and the Sommelier Association of Singapore invited restaurants to participate in the Wine List Awards. The awards are offered in grades of Gold, Silver and Bronze. To qualify for award consideration, the establishment's wine list must have a minimum of 50 wines.
Evaluation of the wine lists submitted was conducted by panellists from Wine & Dine and the Sommelier Association of Singapore. The entries were judged on a wide variety of factors including size of the list, suitability of wine styles for the restaurant's cuisine, breadth of producers, price range and the wine-by-glass programme.
