is the pres­i­dent of Sin­ga­pore Chefs' As­so­ci­a­tion. He was for­merly the as­sis­tant vice pres­i­dent of Food & Bev­er­age Culi­nary in Re­sorts World Sen­tosa, where he led more than 30 kitchens across Sin­ga­pore’s first in­te­grated re­sort. In 2016, chef Toh was one of the men­tors who pro­vided guid­ance to the Sin­ga­pore Na­tional Culi­nary Team and Sin­ga­pore Ju­nior Culi­nary Team.
