Pair­ing Wine with Asian Food

and sev­eral other books. He wrote his first ar­ti­cles on wine in 2002—most of which were pub­lished by

Wine & Dine.

To­day, he re­turns to the magazine as con­tribut­ing wine edi­tor. Out­side of the wine in­dus­try, Ed­win is also a sen­sory eval­u­a­tion con­sul­tant.
