was born in the Cham­pagne re­gion of France. He pur­sued a ca­reer in wine and hos­pi­tal­ity that has spanned 19 years and count­ing, tak­ing him to Europe, UK, US and now Sin­ga­pore. Fa­bien is to­day Head Som­me­lier at Joël Robu­chon Restau­rant at Re­sorts World Sen­tosa. In 2014 Fa­bien be­came an Ad­vanced Som­me­lier. He’s now study­ing to be­come a Mas­ter Som­me­lier.
