is head som­me­lier of the Lo and Be­hold Group's The Black Swan. He was sec­ond run­ner up in Sin­ga­pore's Na­tional Som­me­lier Com­pe­ti­tion in 2016, and rep­re­sented Sin­ga­pore in Asia's Best Som­me­lier in French Wine or­gan­ised by Sopexa. He has also led char­i­ta­ble wine events.
