started off as a bar­tender in a cock­tail bar at 18. In 2010, Ger­ald Lu be­came the youngest cham­pion of the Na­tional Som­me­lier Com­pe­ti­tion at 25 years old. He is now the co-owner of Praelum Wine Bistro and vice pres­i­dent of the Som­me­lier As­so­ci­a­tion of Sin­ga­pore.
