Spruce @ Firestation

Singapore's Top Restaurants - - American -

Whether you’re catching up with friends over drinks or enjoying a quiet dinner with a loved one, Spruce @ Firestation is a delight to visit.

Located at the refurbished Bukit Timah Firestation, hints of what used to be still remain— cavernous ceilings, white walls, and most prominently, bright red firehouse doors. Excellent live music in the evenings makes Spruce’s generous al fresco area a most wonderful dining spot.

This casual diner serves modern American food with a touch of local flavour, ranging from beefy blue cheese burgers, to crispy soft-shell crabs with salted egg dip and house-made spicy sauce. We recommend ordering the beef short ribs, and forking out additional dollars for some decadent foie gras to round off the dish. Rich, creamy, and chockfull of quality seafood, the Boston clam chowder is another must-try. 260 Upper Bukit Timah Road, #01-01, Singapore 588190 Tel: 6466 5582
