Brewerkz Restaurants & Microbreweries

Singapore's Top Restaurants - - American -

Known for handcrafted brews, al fresco dining set along the Singapore River and sumptuous American fare, Brewerkz serves a wide selection of food for every craving.

Start with some chips and salsa, or dive right into mouthwatering buffalo wings served with a choice of five sauces, from tangy maple mustard to the spicy El Diablo. Alternatively, order the Tasmanian mussels served in a tantalising cream sauce with just the right touch of spice.

The portions are healthy so come hungry. Burgers come with 220g of flame-grilled New Zealand Black Angus patties, topped with cheeses, sautéed mushrooms, onions, chilli, bacon and beer chilli. Try the Naked, which comes with an open-faced beef patty with cheddar, avocado, Momotaro tomatoes and shredded lettuce. For mains, the baby back ribs glazed with barbecue sauce and the crispy pork knuckle are easy favourites and great for sharing. Brewerkz also offers pizzas and salads such as Meat Lovers, a pizza with pepperoni, spicy sausage and ham; and Merlion, a pizza with prawns, squid and mussels. But for guilt-free indulgence, order the Greek watermelon salad topped with feta cheese and arugula.

If tummy space permits, try the warm bread pudding or the gooey chocolate lava cake topped with vanilla ice cream. Riverside Point, #01-05/06, 30 Merchant Road, Singapore 058282
