At Adrift, American celebrity chef David Myers brings together fresh Californian produce, Asian inspiration and contemporary flavours in a chic space. The relaxed dining room features three large swing-seat tables by the windows that bring a sense of playfulness indoors.
There is an extensive wine selection, which also boasts a list of bottles that go for a flat $50. Food-wise, hit the prawn toasts with spicy mentaiko mayo to start. Then ask for the Kagoshima wagyu striploin served on coals. A la carte, set menus and beverage pairings are available.
