is pres­i­dent of the Sin­ga­pore Chefs’ As­so­ci­a­tion (SCA) and ad­vi­sory chef for The Sapling, train­ing restau­rant for Shatec In­sti­tutes. Un­der SCA, he spear­heads sup­port for lo­cal chefs such as in 2016, when Team Sin­ga­pore took part in the IKA Culi­nary Olympics held in Er­furt, Ger­many, emerg­ing over­all cham­pion.
