is the award­win­ning som­me­lier of La Terre. He has over 20 years of ex­pe­ri­ence in the in­dus­try. Spe­cial­is­ing in wines, sake and whisky, he was crowned Best Bar Man­ager of the Year 2018 and the Best Som­me­lier of the Year 2017 in the Sin­ga­pore World Gourmet Sum­mit Awards of Ex­cel­lence. He has also won nu­mer­ous other awards in­clud­ing those given by the Ja­pan Som­me­lier As­so­ci­a­tion, and So­ci­ety of Wine Ed­u­ca­tors.
