started off as a bar­tender in a cock­tail bar at 18. He is a twotime Na­tional Som­me­lier Cham­pion, most re­cently in 2017. Ger­ald is the coowner of Praelum Wine Bistro and vice pres­i­dent of the Som­me­lier As­so­ci­a­tion of Sin­ga­pore.
