is from Malaysia and the cur­rent head som­me­lier of ATLAS, ranked fourth on Asia’s 50 Best Bars List in 2018. ATLAS spe­cialises in gin and Cham­pagne, with a col­lec­tion of more than 1,000 gins and 300 dif­fer­ent Cham­pagnes. Ng started off his wine ca­reer in two-miche­lin­starred Les Amis restau­rant and was ac­cred­ited by the Court of Mas­ter Som­me­liers at the early age of 19 as the youngest cer­ti­fied som­me­lier in Sin­ga­pore. He is aim­ing to be a Mas­ter Som­me­lier be­fore 30.
