The restaurant only seats 30 diners at a time, which means the tables are sufficiently spaced for privacy and you get more personalised service. The Discovery Menu, which is one of three menus available, showcases what the restaurant’s all about— cutting out the “noise” and bringing out the purest, strongest flavours with each dish, from the beetroot macaron to the lightly salted wagyu beef slices. A nice touch in terms of service is seeing chef Stroobant personally serving you at least one dish.
