Sinfonia Ristorante

Sinfonia Ristorante is an exclusive Italian restaurant located within the grounds of the elegant Victoria Concert Hall. Talented executive chef Simone Depalmas serves up a medley of fine Italian dishes crafted from quality produce and ingredients. Using Acquerello rice and finished with seasonal truffles, porcini and thyme, his vegetarian risotto packs a punch in each spoonful of umami goodness. Lightly roasted, the still-juicy octopus leg is simplicity at its best, served with the freshest vegetables in season. In a tasty jus, the tagliolini with clams is finished with shavings of bottarga the chef hand-carried back from his hometown in Sardinia. Before or after dinner, there’s also an al fresco bar where one can enjoy a smart selection of Italian wines curated by Alan Au, one of Asia’s top sommeliers, while taking in the mesmerising view of the Padang and other colonial-era landmarks.
