Fresh spices and herbs, olive oil, colourful fruit and vegetables abound. The pan-seared Australian seabass is recommended for its meaty texture, which easily flakes apart. Murgh makhani (butter chicken) is ensconced in a smooth, rich, tomato-based sauce of mildly spiced nuances. A perfect accompaniment is cheese naan, fresh from the oven, with just the right amount of mozzarella cheese to make every mouthful satisfying.
