The American Wagyu rib-eye from Idaho’s Snake River Farms is highly recommended, and each bite is flavourful with just the right amount of seasoning and smokiness. For something extra indulgent, go for the silky bone marrow flan, its richness offset by the earthiness of the mushroom marmalade and the freshness of the parsley salad. As expected of a Michelin-starred establishment, the staff are friendly and attentive, and always on hand to answer a query or give a recommendation.
