Lavo is located on the top level of Marina Bay Sands and boasts a panoramic view of the beautiful city skyline. It’s well known for signatures such as the famous Lavo meatball, a mixture of fresh ground Wagyu beef, veal and Italian sausage with a dollop of ricotta cheese, and the mouthwatering porterhouse steak. Fresh off the grill, the magnificent cut of beef is beautifully seasoned with sea salt and pepper and cooked to the right doneness— it’s flavourful and simply delicious, and recommended for sharing between two diners or more. Making for a sweet and stunning ending is the 20-layer chocolate cake, which comprises 20 layers of chocolate, peanut and mascarpone.
