The Doodles collection by Cc-tapis features six rugs in patterns inspired by the paintings of British multidisciplinary designer Faye Toogood, each carefully handcrafted by Nepalese artisans.

“Our intention was not to create photocopies of the original artworks but rather to try to capture the materiality and richness of each piece,” says Cc-tapis art director Daniele Lora. Featuring a tactile mix of cotton weave, Himalayan wool pile and cotton stitching, the resulting rugs feature abstract designs that look as beautiful on the f loor and can even be wall-hung as artworks.
