For dessert, the fruit ap­pears in Asian-in­spired dishes: there’s mousse wrapped in pan­dan crêpe, durian chen­dol and it’s even deep fried with ice cream. But it wouldn’t be a durian buf­fet with­out, y’know, ac­tual durian – and Thorny Temp­ta­tions has plenty of those, too, with mini booths at the out­door ter­race serv­ing fresh, creamy morsels of the mighty fruit.
