Time for Taco
Create restaurant-standard taco shells and bowls in a jiffy. For shells, drape flour tortillas over the bars of your oven rack, much like hanging out laundry. To make taco bowls, place flour tortillas on an overturned cupcake tin and lightly push the centre of the tortilla between four cupcake holes. To set the shapes in place, bake shells and bowls in the oven for about 7 to 10mins at 180°C until crispy.
