The Great Food Fes­ti­val

Hap­pen­ing from 21 to 24 Septem­ber,

The GREAT Food Fes­ti­val (TGFF) is Re­sorts World Sentosa (RWS) and Savour Events’ first col­lab­o­ra­tion.

One of the largest gath­er­ing of world-renowned chefs in Singapore, TGFF takes place across var­i­ous RWS venues such as the Con­ven­tion Cen­tre and The Bull Ring. Ex­pect a show­ing of up to 30 in­ter­na­tional chefs such as home­grown celebrity chef Sam Leong from RWS’ Forest森 and chef Ben Spald­ing from the UK who trained at Miche­lin-starred es­tab­lish­ments like Restau­rant Gor­don Ram­say and The Fat Duck in Eng­land.

TGFF prom­ises a va­ri­ety of culi­nary ex­pe­ri­ences over five seg­ments—Star Chef Arena, Her­itage Lane, Rollin’ Sweet Times, Feast of Kings and Con­nois­seur Collection. Not to be missed is the Star Chef Arena, which fea­tures over 50 dishes from highly ac­claimed chefs all around the globe. Ex­pect cre­ations from chefs like Cat Cora, the first and only fe­male Iron Chef from Amer­ica, who heads up RWS’ Ocean Restau­rant by Cat Cora; En­rico and Roberto Cerea, the Ital­ian brothers from three-Miche­lin­starred Da Vit­to­rio, Italy and RWS’ Fratelli; and ex­ec­u­tive chef Michael Michae­lidis of Jöel Robu­chon Restau­rant, the only three-Miche­lin-starred es­tab­lish­ment in Singapore for two con­sec­u­tive years.

Open to ticket hold­ers only. Dishes at the Star Chef Arena start at $10. One-day tick­ets for TGFF are priced at $78.
