Art Deco bar Atlas at Parkview Square expands its dining menu. Executive chef Daniele Sperindio’s recent additions are creatively plated; his dish of crispy prawn heads, cod skin, cucumber relish and sawagani crab is carefully posed to resemble a scene from the ocean floor ($24). Diners will also enjoy chef’s saucisson black pig ravioli which are seared on one side and served like gyozas, accompanied with veal consommé and cubes of aged goat cheese ($34).
