Taking Singapore by storm with its creative cocktails and bold flavours since 2015, Operation Dagger was ranked No.6 in Asia’s 50 Best Bars list and No.21 in the World’s 50 Best Bars list this year.
Operation Dagger’s latest mission entails new cocktail and food menus put together by executive bartender Luke Whearty and his team. Coined ‘Dangerous Drinking Water’, Operation Dagger’s new collection of cocktails ($25 each) takes on a culinary influence, marrying houseblended spirits with unexpected ingredients. Look forward to drinks like the St John cocktail, a gin-based concoction showcasing the bold flavours of distilled parsley, capers and parsley vinaigrette; and Onion Gum, a savoury cocktail featuring several members of the onion family like caramelised leek gin, herb vermouth, crispy shallots and pickled onions.
