Yarra Val­ley-based Aus­tralian dis­tillery Four Pil­lars Gin is now avail­able in Sin­ga­pore. This niche brand with a cult fol­low­ing pro­duces premium spir­its that are batch-dis­tilled in Ger­man-en­gi­neered Carl stills, in­clud­ing Wilma, the first cus­tom-crafted Carl dis­tillery sys­tem com­mis­sioned in Aus­tralia.

Try the award-win­ning Rare Dry ($96), a spicy, cit­rusy base spirit that fea­tures 10 botan­i­cals such as cin­na­mon and Tas­ma­nian pep­per­berry leaf. There’s also the Spiced Ne­groni Gin ($103) that’s made specif­i­cally for ne­groni cock­tails, which makes use of Grains of Par­adise, an ex­otic West African spice with notes of clove and Sichuan pep­pers.
