Kick-start­ing Aus­trian Wine Week on Aus­tria’s 100th birth­day, Leopold Gas­tro­bar hosts a unique port­fo­lio tast­ing ($78) of over 50 wines by the glass, pre­sented by Jo­hannes Gebeshu­ber—the wine­maker him­self. Chef Stephan Zoisl of Chef’s Ta­ble by Chef Stephan—a Sin­ga­pore’s Top Restau­rants 2018 on­es­tar award win­ner—joins hands with fel­low Aus­trian na­tive, chef Lorenz Raich to present a five-course Aus­trian omakase din­ner ($188) pre­pared and served by the chefs them­selves. Let loose at the ‘big bot­tle’ party ($118) at LeVel33 while tak­ing in some of the best views at Ma­rina Bay! In­dulge in a free flow of ex­clu­sively filled big bot­tles (up to 18L) of Aus­trian wine and gen­er­ous pours of Leopold Sloe Gin while min­gling with wine mak­ers Gre­gor Skoff of Win­ery Za­hel and Jo­hannes Gebeshu­ber, along with Klaus Leopold of Leopold Spir­its. For the fi­nal night of Aus­trian Wine Week, spend an evening at the el­e­gant Swiss Club Sin­ga­pore, an ex­quis­ite 150-year-old struc­ture sur­rounded by lush green­ery. Start with a gar­den aper­i­tif fol­lowed by a five-course seated din­ner of fine Aus­trian cui­sine pre­pared by ex­ec­u­tive chef Adrian Vogt.
