Frangipane Filling (almond cream)

85g butter, softened 85g caster sugar 85g ground almond 1 large egg

Cranberry Orange Jam

500g cranberries, fresh or frozen 240g caster sugar 1 large orange, zested 35g cornflour 20g water

Egg Wash

1 egg yolk, mix with 20g fresh milk
