Ribena honey bast­ing glaze

3 tbsp Ribena Black­cur­rant & Ap­ple Fruit Cor­dial 1 tbsp honey 2 tbsp olive oil

Di­rec­tions:

Com­bine the mari­nade in­gre­di­ents in a large bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat well. Re­frig­er­ate for 30 min­utes. Grill over medium-high heat, bast­ing fre­quently with Ribena honey bast­ing glaze for about 12 min­utes, or un­til chicken is cooked through.
