The Only Watch char­ity auc­tion is where col­lec­tors and con­nois­seurs gather ev­ery two years for a glimpse of the world’s most rare and cov­etable time­pieces


Only Watch, a bi­en­nial char­ity auc­tion of one-off lux­ury time­pieces do­nated by the finest watch man­u­fac­tur­ers, raises funds for re­search on Duchenne Mus­cu­lar Dys­tro­phy. The ge­netic dis­or­der af­fects mainly chil­dren. More than 25 mil­lion (S$40 mil­lion) have been raised since the first edi­tion in 2005. The funds, said event founder Luc Pet­tavino, al­low re­search on the con­di­tion “to reach new heights and get closer to a cure”. The sev­enth edi­tion will be held on Nov 11 at Christie’s in Geneva. Or­gan­ised by As­so­ci­a­tion Mone­gasque con­tre les My­opathies (Monaco As­so­ci­a­tion against Duchenne Mus­cu­lar Dys­tro­phy), it is sup­ported by Prince Al­bert II of Monaco.
